Profit Warning – December 2021

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order tο fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd, announces that the results for 2021 are expected to be worse compared with the corresponding results of 2020.

The increase of the losses of the Company is due to the increase of the administration and other expenses.
