We inform you that on the 19th of June 2015 company Valamar Riviera d.d., Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) concluded with companies Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb and INTERKAPITAL securities d.o.o., Zagreb, Market making agreements relating to the ordinary shares of the Company, ticker RIVP-R-A, ISIN: HRRIVPRA0000 listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Market makers will begin with market making activities, based on mentioned agreements, on the 1st of July 2015.
