The public companies Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the publication of the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, scheduled to be made by 25 January 2022, and the subsequent publication of the half-yearly financial reports for the period ended 30.06.2021 are postponed, as certain important and complex accounting calculations have not been completed yet. The Boards of Directors and the Management of the Companies are cooperating closely with their external auditors to finalise pending matters the soonest. The companies therefore expect to complete and announce their audited accounts by the end of March 2022.
