CURRICULUM VITAE

Michael Kourtellas has been managing the Internal Audit Department and is responsible for all audits of local and international operations of Logicol Public Limited Group since early 2010. The Group is currently present in 18 countries and its main activity is the distribution of computer products. Michael is also executive director and partner at Progressus Audit Group since 2015. In addition, since mid-2020 he is non-executive, independent director at the Board of Directors of MFO Asset Management. MFO Asset Management is a company carrying on UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) as well as AIFM (Alternative Investments Fund Managers) activities.

Michael is qualified certified chartered accountant/auditor and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England as well as member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Cyprus.

He was trained with KPMG in Nicosia and before moving to Logicom, he was worked as Head of Tax at Nexia Pojiadjis, Head of Accounting at IFG Trust (Cyprus) Ltd as well as Manager in the Finance Department of MTN Cyprus. Michael studied Accounting and Finance at the London South Bank University, England and is a graduate of the American Academy Nicosia.
