Re: Approval of publication of Information Memorandum dated 14/2/2022 for expansion of the activities of Interfund Investments Plc and its exemption from investment restrictions

Interfund Investments Plc announces that the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, in agreement with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, has approved the Company's Information Memorandum dated 14/2/2022 for expansion of its activities and exemption from investment restrictions.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders will be held at a date to be announced which will:

• 1. examine the Company's intention for expansion of its activities and exemption from investment restrictions and put it for approval; and
• 1. put the Information Memorandum before its shareholders for approval.

In case of approval by the Company's General Meeting of the expansion of its activities and exemption from investment restrictions, the Company will continue to be listed on the Alternative Market but it will no longer be characterized as an approved investment organization.
