Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and in accordance with provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that on the 27th of May 2015 the Company has released 24.889 treasury shares which represent 0,0197% of Company's share capital. After this release the Company holds a total of 713.577 treasury shares which represent 0,5662% of Company's share capital.
