Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 124 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that:

• 1. on the 27th of May 2015 Mr. Franz Lanschützer, president of Company's Management Board has acquired 12.838 regular registered-name shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. Shares have been acquired based on Supervisory Board decision on annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the 27th of May 2015
• 1. on the 27th of May 2015 Mr. Marko Čižmek, Company's Management Board member has acquired 3.688 regular name shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. Shares have been acquired based on Supervisory Board decision on annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the 27th of May 2015
• 1. on the 27th of May 2015 Mrs. Ivana Budin Arhanić, Company's Management Board member has acquired 8.363 regular name shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. Shares have been acquired based on Supervisory Board decision on annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the 27th of May 2015.
