The public company Vonpende Holdings P.L.C., of Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested parties of any financial impact, risks and uncertainties due to the crisis in Ukraine.

The Management of the Company is closely monitoring the situation, which changes continuously, and evaluating the potential risks that the situation may have on the activities of the group at large.

It has been acknowledged that it is difficult to make a final estimation of all the risks because of the instability and unpredictability of the future developments of the political situation. During this time, the Company keeps the interests of the investors in mind as a priority.
