Management changes in the Swedish subsidiaries of NewCap Holding A/S

It has been decided that Anders Conradzon, CEO of Monetar Pensionsforvältning, and Thomas Fjällström, Managing Director of the business area of Broker Services, will resign with immediate effect. One of the elements considered by the Board of Directors is that the company needs other managerial qualifications. Johan Holmsved, COO of Capinordic Asset Management, will be temporarily appointed CEO of Monetar Pensionsforvältning.

The composition of the Board of Directors of Monetar Holding AB has been changed as follows: Henrik Vad will become the new Chairman, and Lennart Andersson and Yngve Andersson will resign from the Board. Accordingly, the Board of Directors now consists of Henrik Engsner, Fredrik Sjöstrand and Henrik Vad.
