The public companies Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the publication of the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, scheduled to be made by the end of March 2022, and the subsequent publication of the half-yearly financial reports for the period ended 30.06.2021, are postponed as certain important and complex accounting calculations, which are required to provide an accurate and fair view of the financial statements of the Companies, have not been completed yet.
To this end, the Boards of Directors and the Management of the Companies continue to cooperate closely with their external auditors to finalise pending matters the soonest.
The Companies therefore expect to complete and announce their audited accounts by the end in May 2022.
