Subject: Notice on conclusion of Agreement with Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with Article 459 of the Law on Capital Market and Article 2 of Ordinance on disclosure of privileged information related directly to the issuer and on determining the justified interests of the issuer for the purpose of nonpublication, the Company hereby announces that it has concluded and notarized the Agreement to finance a part of the investment cycle for season 2015 with the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount of EUR 13.723.029,92 in kuna equivalent with the final maturity in the year 2032, and with the Agreement having been signed on the 22nd of April 2015.
