The Board of Directors of Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd announces that the scheduled meeting of Thursday, 28 April 2022 which was set to examine the financial results for the year 2021, to set a date for the Annual General Meeting of the Company and for the examination of the possibility for the payment or not of a dividend to the shareholders, is postponed.
The Company will set a new date for the Board meeting for the above issues soon and will proceed with a relevant announcement.
