Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the April 14th, 2015 the Company has acquired 8.500 treasury shares which represent 0,0067% of Company's share capital and on the April 15th, 2015 the Company has acquired 462 treasury shares which represent 0,0003% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 738.466 treasury shares representing 0,5859% of the share capital.
