Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the April 8th, 2015 the Company has acquired 2.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0015% of Company's share capital and on the April 9th, 2015 the Company has acquired 6.264 treasury shares which represent 0,0049% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 729.504 treasury shares representing 0,5788% of the share capital.
