Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the March 18th, 2015 the Company has acquired 10.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0079% of Company's share capital and on the March 20th, 2015 the Company has acquired 35.700 treasury shares which represent 0,0283% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 721.240 treasury shares representing 0,5722% of the share capital.
