Following the announcement of the Board of Directors (the "BOD") of the company AGROS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY "PROODOS" PUBLIC LTD (the «Company») dated 28/4/2022 in relation to the examination of the Annual Financial Report of the Company for the year ended 31/12/2021, the determination of the date of the Annual General Meeting as well as the consideration of whether a shareholder's dividend will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting, the BOD announces that it will meet on the 16/5/2022 for the examination of the above matters.
