Subject: Replacement of the Financial Controller of the company Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited ("the Company")

In relation to the above matter, we would like to inform you that our Company has decided to proceed with the replacement of its Financial Controller Mr. Andreas Loizou with Mr. Charalambos Christodoulides.

The reason for this change is to give Mr. Loizou the opportunity to provide his time in its totality, for the development of the foreign market regarding the products of the Company, something which he is already doing from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where he is situated since 2017.

Mr. Christodoulides, who is a chartered accountant and has been acting as an independent consultant of the Company for numerous economic matters since 2020.

The appointment of Mr. Christodoulides is effective as of today.
