Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 has received a notification, on the 4th of March 2015, from Mr. Georg Eltz on acquisition of shares of the Company. Therefore, in accordance with provisions of Capital Market Act and Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and given the fact that Mr. Georg Eltz is a member of the Supervisory Board of company Valamar Riviera d.d. and also Management board member of company Satis d.o.o. we are informing you about the following:

• the company Satis d.o.o. has acquired 128.811 regular shares of company Valamar Riviera d.d. ticker RIVP-R-A,
• the shares have been acquired based through trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on the 26th of February 2015 at a price of 19.35 kuna per share.
