Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the March 2th, 2015 the Company has acquired 1.500 treasury shares which represent 0,0011% of Company's share capital, on the March 3th, 2015 the Company has acquired 5.227 treasury shares which represent 0,0041% of Company's share capital and on the March 4th, 2015 the Company has acquired 4.315 treasury shares which represent 0,0034% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 624.771 treasury shares representing 0,4957% of the share capital.
