Subject: Annual General Meeting Notice

We refer to the announcement of Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Ltd (the "Company") dated 28th April 2022 regarding the approval and publication of the final audited results of the financial year 2021 (the "Annual Report 2021") and the convergence of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 9, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Athena Beach Hotel in Paphos (the "EGS").

The 2021 Annual Report, the relevant notice for the convening of the AGM, the power of attorney and the document of the Remuneration Policy have been notified to the shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and other laws governing the operation of the Company.

Additionally, they are attached to this announcement for posting on the CSE website, from where they can be printed, and they are also available in printed form at the registered office of the Company, at 77 Poseidonos Avenue, 8042 Paphos.
