Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the February 17th, 2015 the Company has acquired 12.591 treasury shares which represent 0,0099% of Company's share capital and on the February 18th, 2015 the Company has acquired 16.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0126% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 575.288 treasury shares representing 0,4564% of the share capital.
