North Media A/S - change in management

As stated in the Interim Management Statement for Q3 2010 of 3 November 2010,
North Media A/S has discontinued its activities relating to sales and the
formation of strategic alliances for the subsidiary, Forbruger-Kontakt A/S.

Forbruger-Kontakt A/S, which is a distribution company, represents a
considerable part of the Group's total activities. In addition, the
distributing activities differ from most of the Group's other activities.
Management believes that Forbruger-Kontakt A/S has considerable growth
potential and that this company operates in a market of particular competitive
conditions requiring dedicated and targeted efforts by Man-agement.

Mads Dahl Møberg Andersen has held the position of CEO of the North Media A/S
Group since April 2004 and of Forbruger-Kontakt A/S since May 2008. From 1
January 2011, he will be concentrating on his responsibilities as CEO of
Forbruger-Kontakt A/S. Consequently, Mads Dahl Møberg Andersen resigns as CEO
of North Media A/S with effect from 31 December 2010.

The Board of Directors of North Media A/S has appointed Lars Nymann Andersen as
CEO of North Media A/S with effect from 1 January 2011. He is a Master of Laws
and has been with the Group since 2001, most recently as CEO of the
subsidiaries, Helsingør Dagblad A/S and MinReklame ApS. Lars Nymann Andersen is
therefore familiar with the Group's media companies, which will also in future
be his main focus.

From 1 January 2011, Lars Nymann Andersen, Arne Ullum and Kåre Wigh will make
up the Executive Board of North Media A/S.
