Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2022

We would like to inform you that at its meeting of today, the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc examined and approved the Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022.
