Subject: Intention to shift the sales of "NEODERMA" products to the Company's subsidiary in The Netherlands

Concerning the above subject matter, we would like to inform you of the following.

After many years of presence and sales of the skincare brand NEODERMA products (the "Products") in the Cypriot market, and considering the development of the optimal performance of the Company's operations and activities on the international market, through its subsidiary company in the Netherlands, NEODERMA AMSTERDAM B.V., the Company has decided to shift the sales operations for its local customers, to its Dutch subsidiary as of the 01/09/2022.

Therefore, the activities of the Company in Cyprus will mainly be related to the export and manufacturing of the NEODERMA products.
