Hallbergmoos/Munich, 14 July 2020 . The Supervisory Board of STS Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1TNU68) had recalled Andreas Becker from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors on 30 June 2020. Effective today, an agreement regarding the extraordinary termination of the employment contract with Mr. Becker was reached.
