ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Interim Dividend Pavment to,Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2020.

The interim dividend will be €339.632 which corresponds to €0,022 per share or 12,94o/o on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 4th August 2022 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 3d August 2022.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 15th August2022.
