New CEO of H+H International

As of 4 April 2011 Michael Troensegaard Andersen will take up the position as
CEO of H+H International A/S.

With the choice of Michael Troensegaard Andersen, the Board of Directors wants
to add new yet experienced forces to continue the revised strategic direction
and the efficiency programme in H+H International A/S initiated by the Board of
Directors.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Anders C Karlsson, comments:

International A/S, which in future can focus on the long-term development of
the company and the servicing of our customers. Michael Troensegaard Andersen
has in his previous work demonstrated the skills the Board of Directors
considers necessary to bring further development and better profitability in
H+H International A/S. "

Michael Troensegaard Andersen, aged 49, comes to H+H International A / S from a
position as Business Unit President in the Trelleborg Group, a global leading
supplier of rubber-based solutions to various industries, including the
construction industry. In the period 1997-2004, Michael Troensegaard Andersen
was employed with ALTO International (today Nilfisk-Advance Group) in various
management positions with increasing responsibility in both production and
sales and marketing. Michael Troensegaard Andersen has the last 20 years worked
in international companies and has extensive experience in management and
development of such enterprises.

When Michael Troensegaard Andersen takes on his new role, the current CEO Hans
Gormsen will resign as member of the Executive Board. The Executive Board will
then consist of Michael Troensegaard Andersen and Niels Eldrup Meidahl who has
been CFO since September 2009. Hans Gormsen will remain available to the
company during a transition period.
