ANNOUNCEMENT

Lordos United Public Limited announces that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 5 September 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Company's head offices, Epimetheos Str., (no number), Ypsonas Industrial Area, Limassol. The Invitation as well as the proxy, are available on the Company's website www.lordosplastics.com, on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange www.cse.com.cy and in printed form at the Company's head offices. The invitation to the annual general meeting will also be published in the daily press.

By virtue of Article 128 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113, the invitation and the proxy will not be sent to the shareholders.

Also, the board of directors of the company will meet earlier on this date to examine the group's results for the first half of the year ended 30 June 2022.
