We wish to inform you that, at today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc examined and approved the Group's Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the Half-Year ended 30 June 2022 (the "Half-Yearly Financial Results 2022"). The information provided in the Half-Yearly Financial Results of 2022 is not audited by the Company's external auditors.
The Interim Condensed Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss Account and Other Comprehensive Income and the Interim Condensed Consolidated Statement of Financial Position will be published in "Politis" newspaper on 22 September 2022. Investors can obtain copies of the Half-Yearly Financial Results of 2022, as approved by the Board of Directors, from the Company's registered office, 13 Limassol Ave., 5th floor, 2112 Aglantzia, tel.: 22-818222. The Half-Yearly Financial Results of 2022 will be posted on the Company's website, www.demetra.com.cy as well as on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
