Subject: Information on the award by Renault

Each year Renault attributes an award to its suppliers who have made an exceptional contribution during the year, either in terms of Quality, Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. This year the company AD Plastik Inc. has been selected to receive an award by Renault for an exceptional contribution in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.

At the awards ceremony, held on October 1, 2014 in the french city of Boulogne-Billancourt, on behalf of Renault Mrs Claire Martin, Vice-President for Corporate Social Responsibility of Renault-Nissan Alliance has presented the award, and Mr Mladen Peroš, President of the Board of AD Plastik Inc. has received the award.

On the occasion of granting this award, Mr Peroš expressed his pleasure regarding recognition of our efforts by Renault in terms of raising the level of social responsibility in business. By this award AD Plastik Inc. has been awarded for the second time by Renault as one of the best suppliers (the previous award from 2010 referred to the quality).
