Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors

Copenhagen, 16 March 2011
On 15 March 2011, a ballot was held to appoint employee representatives to the
Board.
As a result of the vote, the changes set out below will be made in the employee
representation on the Board effective following the company's Annual General
Meeting on 30 March 2011. These are ordinary changes made following an ordinary
ballot.
