Public companies Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the date of publication of the audited accounts of the year ended 31 December 2020 scheduled to take place around the end of September 2022 and the subsequent publication of the half-yearly financial reports for the period ended 30 June 2021, is postponed for approximately one month. It is noted that complicated handlings have been concluded and the Companies are in close cooperation with the audit firms with which they cooperate for the fastest preparation of their financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.

Therefore, the Companies plan to publish their pending financial statements as follows:

• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 by 31 October 2022 followed by the publication of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2021.
• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2021 by the end of March 2023 followed by the publication of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2022.
