ANNOUNCEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of "Interfund Investments Plc" was held on Tuesday, 18 October 2022, at 16.00 at 9 Archbishop Makarios Ave., 3rd floor, Nicosia:

The Annual General Meeting decided, inter alia, the following:

    1. It examined and adopted the Directors' Report and the Company's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021.
    1. It approved the reappointment of Grant Thornton Cyprus as the Company's external auditors.
    1. The remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for 2022 will be the same as last year.
