Pursuant to the CSE Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of INTRAWARE INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD announces that:

The Company intends to de-list its shares from the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders is scheduled on October 28th, 2022 to approve the delisting process.
