Louis plc – Dispatch of interim dividend for 2022

Louis plc (the "Company") announces that the payment of the interim dividend for 2022, amounting to €0.0043 per share, as per the Company's announcement of 31 October 2022, has been concluded.
The dividend was paid by cheque,sent by post, or bank transfer to the beneficiaries who provided their bank account details.
The cheques were sent by post to the beneficiary shareholders on 9 December 2022, to the address provided.
In case the cheque or the transfer are not received within a reasonable period of time, shareholders are requested to contact the Secretary's office by email at [email protected] or [email protected].
