The announcement released on 28 June 2022 at 17:52 under RNS No 5405Q incorrectly stated that ordinary shares of 2p each were repurchased at a price of 1.848757; this should have read 184.8757.

Buy-back of own securities

The Company announces that on 28 June 2022, it bought back 129,602 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.024% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 184.8757 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
