Polina Lukashova was elected as Chairwoman of the Meeting.

The Chairwoman of the Meeting having established that there was a quorum in accordance with the provisions of the article 54 of the Company's Articles of Association declared the meeting open.

It is unanimously resolved that:

Delisting of the Company from the Cyprus Stock Exchange (non-regulated market, Emerging Companies Market) is hereby accepted and approved.

Having no other matters for discussion the Chairwoman declared the meeting closed.
