FLSmidth signs agreements on future cooperation with Russian customers

Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 08-2011, 26 April 2011

In connection with the Russian Prime Minister's state visit to Denmark, FLSmidth expects to sign agreements on future cooperation with two Russian customers at a total value in excess of 270m euro (2bn Danish kroner).

In addition, FLSmidth has previously signed an agreement with another Russian customer, which has not yet become binding, see Company Announcement No. 10-2010.

If and when the agreements become binding, FLSmidth shall immediately inform the market.

FLSmidth is continuously negotiating many potential contracts on the global market. To be considered binding, such contracts require not only signing but also exchange of down payment and guarantees, etc.
