We wish to inform you that at the today's December 30th 2022 meeting, the Board of Directors of REGALLIA HOLDINGS & INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD, examined and approved the final results for the years ended December 31, 2019. 2020 and 2021.

The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company's Secretary office, 66 Arch. Makariou Avenue, Kronos Court, 1077 Nicosia.

The company also announces that the Report and the Financial statements for the year ended 31.12.2021 have been published and are available on the website of the Stock Exchange in the form of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), at the link: https ://www.cse.com.cy/el-GR/ESEFReporting/Regulated-Companies/Financialreport/2021/

The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 4.00 pm at the Company's Secretary office, 66 Arch. Makariou Avenue, Kronos Court, 1077 Nicosia.
