The public companies Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the publications of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the subsequent publications of the half-yearly financial reports for the period ended 30 June 2021, which were scheduled to be made around the last week of January 2023, are postponed for mid-February 2023, so that they can be published at the same time as the consolidated financial statements and the half-yearly financial report of their parent company Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, due to the interdependent matters between the Companies.
