Public companies, ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC, WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC and CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, wish to inform interested shareholders and investors that the Financial Statements for the year ended 31.12.2020 were presented at the Meetings of their Boards of Directors held yesterday, 15 February 2023.

In view of the fact that the audit procedures are not yet fully completed by the Group's auditors in relation to the audit of the said Financial Statements, it was decided that the Meetings will continue and be concluded on Wednesday, 22 February 2023 for their final approval, the statements will be published and a relevant announcement will be issued.
