Subject: Information on signing the Appendix to the market making agreement for ADPL-R-A shares

The Appendix to the Agreement was signed, on performing market making services for the shares of ADPL-R-A, issued by AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8.

The Anex Agreement was signed between AD Plastik Inc. as the Issuer of the shares ADPL-R-A, and INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o., Zagreb, Masarykova 1, as the Market maker for the trading with the corresponding financial instruments.
