ANNOUNCEMENT

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of HARVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Wednesday, February 22, approved the following:

a)The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021.

b) Maintaining the position of the board of Directors Members.

c) The remuneration of the Board members. The Directors waived their right to remuneration for 2022.

d) The reappointment G. Kalopetrides & Partners Ltd as auditors for 2022 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
