Demetra Holdings Plc (the "Company") announces that Mr. Alexis Vafeiades has submitted his resignation from the office of board director on 28 February 2023 with immediate effect due to him taking up the duties of minister.
The Chairman and members of the Company's Board of Directors wish to extend their warm thanks to Mr. Vafeiades for the excellent and good cooperation as well as for his significant contribution to the Company's successful course.
