ANNOUNCEMENT

Topic: Issuance and allotment of corporate bonds of IDNA Genomics Public Ltd

With the present, iDNA Genomics Public Ltd (the "Company") would like to inform the investing public that,

• (a) pursuant to the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, held on the 29th of December 2023, for the issuance of up to 6.000 convertible 8,5%, unsecured, non-guaranteed, 5-year bonds of nominal value €1.000 each (the "Bond"), and
• (b) following a private placement to a limited number of persons,

the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") decided the issuance and allotment of 700 Bonds and total value €700.000, being the first tranche.

The Board will take all necessary actions for the listing of the Bond to the Bond Market of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

The Company may issue additional tranches of the Bond up until the 28th of December 2023, bringing the total value of the Bond to up to €6.000.000 (six million EUR).
