Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) in accordance to clause 430. of Capital Market Act (NN 88/08 and 74/09) confirms that on the 25^th of March 2014 the Company acquired 2.000 of its own shares (0,047624 % of the subscribed capital) by purchasing them on the Zagreb Stock Exchange at an average purchase price of 113,79 HRK.

After this acquisition, the total number of treasury shares amounts to 19.762, which represents 0,470570% of the subscribed capital of the Company.
