Alpha Growth Plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting, held 20 June 2022, were duly passed.

The Directors wish to thank the very supportive shareholders who attended the in-person meeting for their attendance and continued support.
