The Company announces that on 20/06/2022 it has purchased a total of 6,022 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through BNP PARIBAS EXANE as detailed below.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased shares in treasury.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 28 February 2022.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 376,202,135 ordinary shares.

Since 28 February 2022, the Company has purchased 5,460,126 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £37,597,562.
