Subject: New business ventures

AD Plastik d.d., Matoševa 8, Solin (hereinafter Company) is nominated for the production and delivery of the headlamp housing for Opel Corsa. This product will be produced in the plant in Zagreb, for our customer Hella. The expected yearly revenue for this nomination is around 4,5 million euros. Start of the production is planned for the end of this year.

Also, the Company through its doughter company in Kaluga, Russia, is nominated for production of the exterior parts for the new vehicle HHA (Renault Capture). The expected yearly revenue for this nomination is around 1,5 million euros. Start of the production is planned for the first quarter of the 2016.
