Subject: Decision on advance dividend payment

Dear Sir or Madam.

In accordance with clause 123. of ZSE Rules, we inform you that the Supervisory Board meeting and Management Board meeting of AD PLASTIK Inc., Solin (hereinafter Company) were held on 13th of March 2014.

The Supervisory Board made a decision on giving a prior approval to the Board of the Company on making the decision on advance dividend payment from the part of net profit the Company achieved in the year 2013.

After the Supervisory Board meeting held, The Management Board, on it's meeting, made a decision on advance dividend payment, under the following conditions:

• Advance dividend for the year 2013 will be paid to Company shareholders in amount of 4,00 HRK per share, from the net profit of the Company for the vear 2013.
• Advance dividend will be paid to the Company shareholders, which are registered as holders of Company shares in the depository of Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. with the ticker ADPL-R-A, on the day 20th of March 2014, on which the shareholders acquire the claims for payment of the advance dividend payment.
• The period of payment of advance dividend runs from 04.04.2014 to 19.04.2014.
